GE- and Amazon-backed electric-plane maker’s IPO trades flat in its stock-market debut

Beta Technologies’ initial public offering traded little changed from its offering price in its first day as a public company, after earlier indications of strong investor interest in the electric-plane maker that has won backing from Amazon.com, GE Aerospace and other deep-pocketed investors.
